Hamburgers and Sweet Potato Fries

Hamburgers and Sweet Potato Fries:



Hamburgers

1 lb ground beef

1/2 onion, sautéed

1-2 garlic cloves, sautéed

1 egg

Salt & Pepper


Cook in frying pan until 

internal temperature is 160°F.


Sourdough Buns

360 g unbleached flour

240 g water

100 g starter

25 g honey

8-10 g salt


Let rise 4-6 hours.

Shape and rise again 2 hours.

Bake at 375°F until internal 

temperature is 190-200°F 

(20-25 minutes).


Oven-fried Sweet Potatoes 

2 large sweet potatoes, cut into long thin strips

Olive oil

Salt and pepper


Bake at 375°F until soft and slightly crispy (30-60 minutes depending on thickness).
