 Gluten Free, Dairy Free Waffles:

  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 ½ cups milk (any type)
  • 2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • ¼ cup refined coconut oil, warmed
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 ¼ cups 1:1 gluten free flour blend
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt


Optional Toppings:

  • Maple syrup
  • Butter
  • Fresh berries
