Sweet Potato Soup

Sweet Potato Soup:


2 Sweet Potatoes

2 Russet Potatoes

1 Carrot

Water

Generous Sprinkles of:

  • Onion powder*
  • Garlic powder*
  • Thyme
  • Paprika
  • Cumin
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper

Kielbasa Sausage


(*Or fresh, but I used my last onion and hadn’t gotten more, yet.)


Chop the vegetables and place in stockpot. Cover with water and add spices. Bring to boil, then simmer for 30-40 minutes. Let cool slightly, then blend with immersion blender. Add sausage and let warm a few minutes. Serve.
